These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and stay at Saragarhi Sarai SGPC, Amritsar. By making a reservation or staying with us, you agree to the following terms.

Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and issue a confirmation to you via WhatsApp, phone or email. Prices are subject to availability and may change during peak seasons.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM (early check-in available on request)
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID for all guests at check-in

Guest responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Saragarhi Sarai is not liable for loss or damage to personal property. Guests must respect the property, staff and other guests. Any damage caused by a guest may be charged for repair or replacement.

Prohibited items and activities

Smoking, alcohol and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited on the premises. Guests must not engage in illegal or disruptive activities. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

Liability

Saragarhi Sarai is not responsible for any delay, injury, loss or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including local events, traffic, weather or government restrictions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
